Alarm Response Central

Create a new Alarm Response Central (ARC) for your institution or region and collaborate with other Alarm Response Centrals. Choose which ARCs that should receive what types of alarms and set the schedule for each ARC according to operating hours.

If an alarm central is down, you have the possibility to choose a backup ARC to handle the alarms.

End User

Feel safe and free to live your life, with preventive care
and quick assistance in case of an emergency

Personnel

Add personnel to one or several alarm centrals and assign them different rights in the system.

Administrator – Manages the alarm response center, register and manage personnel and manage alarm settings. Can also handle alarms and perform digital monitoring and has access to the logs of the alarms and monitoring processes.

Operator – Handles the alarm central and digital monitoring. Prioritizes, answers and handles alarms, including distributing alarms to resources.

Resource – Based on availability, handles alarms sent directly from the end users/ devices or alarms assigned by an operator. Alarms are received in iGT Resource application. Resources can be health personnel, security, fire department, janitor or other relevant people that can serve as an alarm handler.

Digital monitoring

Our digital monitoring module/lifesign sensor provides safety without being intrusive, and allows monitoring of the end users by using different types of devices to detect emergencies or irregularities. In the case of an emergency the digital monitoring module can be used to get a better picture of the current situation, to be able to more efficiently handle the emergency. Possibility to trigger alarms directly from the digital monitoring module.

Somnofy lifesign sensor

Our lifesign sensor allows monitoring of vital signs of the end user. This device uses radar technology to detect breathing and presence, which is graphically presented in the digital monitoring module, for analytical purposes.

You can set the Somnofy lifesign sensor to trigger alarms for high/low breathing frequency, fall sensor function and presence.

Devices

Devices can be assigned to end users, their family members, and resources. The settings for the devices are set easily in the iGT Health platform, with the possibility for individual algorithms.

iGT Health is non-proprietary and can communicate with any API-based device (IoTs).

In the alarm settings you can easily select whether the alarm should be sent to the alarm central, resources or relatives, and within what periods of time alarms shall be triggered. Signals from the devices are sent through a secure zone.

Resource application

The resource application enables correct handling
of alarms on the go, in an efficient and secure way

The iGT Resource application is a tool for easy handling of alarms, with all necessary functions provided. The applications provides safekeeping of information and secure alarm handling.

Schedule – Indicates your availability and can be edited in the app or web

Find trackers – Search for the location of a tracking device to locate the end user easily

Alarm – You have an overview of all incoming alarms, with access to all relevant information to ensure correct and efficient alarm handling.

Emergency button – Assign emergency buttons to resources for triggering alarms in dangerous situations.

Alarms

Prioritize, answer and handle alarms in an efficient and easy way,
by distributing alarms to available and suitable resources,
in the proximity of the alarm location

The alarm central is intuitive, has a good universal design user interface, and is accessible anywhere in the world. Functions like phone conference, sending alarm info and assigning alarms to resources are easy to use, and helps in handling the alarms in the most efficient way.

You can send alarms to resources based on proximity and availability. The resource receives the alarm in the resource application and has all relevant information available for handling the alarm in the best possible way.

In the alarm panel you will find relevant information regarding the alarm, such as contact details for end users, family members and relatives, critical medical information, health journal, house information and devices. You have the possibility to control smart and welfare technology, like turning lights on/off, observing the end user by camera, see if a door is open, turn off the tv, view vital signs, etc.
