Enabling easy integration of any IOT’s and alarm or sensor technology

Easy to use integration PaaS with an user-friendly interface.
Easy handling and integration of alarms and signals from IOT devices and sensors. In today’s technical environment there are multiple protocols and proprietary software solutions. This makes the purchase of needed equipment and applications really difficult for the public and private entities. The level of knowledge needed to take the right decisions requires specialists in technology.
iGT PaaS makes the integration of any needed device easy, without using a lot of time to study different software platforms. It gives the possibility to integrate towards any ERP software or other organization critical software on one end, and any IOT or sensors on the other end, enables total control of the end-users and resources management.
iGT PaaS solution connects IOT’s, alarms and sensors to create a “smart solutions” that learns from the end-user living’s patterns to enable automation of processes and also alarm handling scenarios.

Alarm Central

• RECEIVE DESIGNATED ALARMS
• VIEW PATIENT’S LOCATION, PERSONAL & MEDICAL DETAILS

central_diagram

Is a web solution for a command central portal that can be set up very fast for any client.
It’s build like a pyramid with a super-administrator on top that can create several ARC (Alarm Receiving Centrals), administrators, operators and dispatchers (resources) for each of them.
The solution we have gives the possibility to add several enterprises and connect them to the ARCs in order to link the end-users to a certain alarm central.
We can connect integrate and control most IOT’s and Homecare devices.
ALARM CENTRAL communicates with another application that we have created – RESOURCES APP – developed for dispatchers (resources).
RESOURCES APPLICATION can be downloaded in both IOS and Android devices and can connect the dispatchers /resources with the alarms received in the ARCs and use them for the emergency cases received, based on their location.
Each ARC has the function to HANDLE ALARMS from end-users that are using different types of applications. We have our own application END-USER APPLICATION that connects the operators and the end-users when an emergency is triggered from the end-user’s mobile phones.
We can also integrate and receive alarms from other applications and devices with digital signals (trackers) at any time.
The ARCs can handle manual alarms too.

Resources Application

resource

• RECEIVE DESIGNATED ALARMS
• VIEW AND PROCESS ALARMS
• FIND TRACKERS
• SET UP SCHEDULE FOR RECEIVING ALARMS
• ACCESS TO PATIENT’S HEALTH INFORMATION
• ACCESS & CONTROL PATIENT’S DEVICES WHEN NEEDED

resource_diagram

When a super-administrator has created the types of dispatch and the dispatch persons in the ARCs (Alarm Receiving Centrals), the dispatches/resources will receive an SMS with the logging information and the link to download the app.
After the dispatch has logged in, he needs to set up his schedule and then he will be able to receive alarms from the operators based on their location.
When an alarm is received, the dispatch will get the direction to the emergency place, personal information about the person that has the emergency and the possibility to communicate with the operator (if necessary).
The dispatcher comments will appear in the CCP and will be available for the ARC operator.

End User Applications

app

One button is everything you need in an emergency situation!

Upon pressing the emergency button, the user can choose which emergency department to contact: AMBULANCE or ASSISTANCE.

When the AMBULANCE button is triggered the emergency number will be dialled automatically based on current location. Shortly after, the user will receive a text message with his location and the accuracy of it. Designated relatives will be notified of the user’s location, accuracy and an emergency notification. If the user loses consciousness, a push notification is sent to the mobile phone along with an alarm tone. On reaching the scene, emergency services can view the device, where critical medical information will be shown in the local language.

If the ASSISTANCE button is triggered the call will be made to the Operation Control Center at iMEDI24 he!p. The user’s critical medical information will be sent along with his current location and accuracy. Operators will further transmit this to the emergency services (this feature currently only applies to Norway).
The user can report an accident for someone else. Upon pressing the emergency button, the emergency service number will be called automatically, based on the current location. A text message containing user’s current location and accuracy, will appear on the screen to assist the emergency services.

The dashboard contains several functions: Personal details, Critical medical information, Relatives, Allow/Deny access to my location and health journal, Give one time access to my health journal, Test emergency functions and Settings.

“Find” function will allow user to search for: relatives, pharmacies, hospitals, way backs and emergency numbers. Upon pressing “Find Relatives”, a list with the user’s relatives will be displayed and the user can choose the ones he wants to locate. Upon pressing “Find”, a map with their location will be shown.

IMPORTANT: The user can only track persons that have given him tracking permission.

About us

ABOUT

History:

The entrepreneur, Tor Jo Riise Meyer, has a background in entrepreneurial work in computing and mobile solutions. He, along with his wife and business partner- Raluca Meyer, who is a designer and an architect by profession, created, developed and tested an innovative “white label” hybrid LBS solution, in order to move web applications onto a mobile platform and take advantage of the features found in a smart phone today. This technology has now developed into a web to mobile platform that collects and convey critical medical information and locations data in a health emergency situation. The service and technology is developed after a serious emergency situation for Tor Jo Meyer. Since he had problems with communicating with the ambulance personnel, they had problems in finding important medical information necessary to start his treatment as fast as possible. Tor Jo Meyer noted all the questions they had in his iPad and thought that this could be solved if he would have used the technology he had worked with before. The architecture and technical description was conceived the next weeks in the hospital.

Our vision:

We help people anywhere to feel safer and get access to relevant health and rescue services in institutions at home, in the office, on vacation, studying or travelling.
Our platform contributes to effective solutions for personal health and safety outside the hospital environment.
We provide software for mobile and web for pre- hospital services, campus security, homecare, personalized security alarms and medical sensors for effective and cost efficient collection and monitoring of information.
Over the last years we have built a modular platform for home care and safety based on open standards.
The basic iGT alarm platform (iALARM24) secures a stabile and safe environment for back office services.
The solution is modular and based on a standard Microsoft platform.
An intuitive user interphase makes it easy to integrate alarm and health related sensors, third-party medical journals and other customer critical software solutions.
The iALARM24 basic system consists of alarm receipt, software platform, resource management tools; (APP’s alarm APP’s, map modules, log and personal health journal).
The alarm platform can be configured in logical decision structures on four different levels, Alarms and protocols are easy to set-up for the individual users through the user friendly UI.
Security and protection of personal information is guarantied through strong crepitation and logging routines.

Our platform is cloud based and can be easily implemented in a private cloud, either in the customers own server(s), a hosting partners servers, or in our solution hosted in Microsoft AZURE servers.
All our software are easily scalable and can be used by small and medium size companies as well as large organizations, both governmental and private.
Several partners use our platform and have built services on top of the iGT structure:

bSafe you; with two established alarm centrals in South Africa (third party application).
Safe4 Security Group; with Safe4me APP (iGT produced APP and alarm central solution).
Advanced Medical Support: with ”AMS medical dashboard”
Ikomm AS; ”Trygge hjem” Ikomm homecare solution for integrations of welfare technology (currently under development).
CMS Security; with two alarm centrals based on iALARM24 and bSafe you and Bsafe health.

Innovative:

We inspire each other to find new solutions based on our technology and we are closely monitoring the rapid developments within the mobile and web based solutions. We will always seek to improve our products and services, we will look at the best possible way to help and support our end users in a positive and professional manner. IGlobalTracking AS believes that it is imperative to be in front of the general developments to be able to deliver always “up to date” products and services.

Philanthropy:

We would like, through the fund iHelpTracking, to give 5% of our profits to the projects involved in health research, green technology and related education.
